BYSTANDER INTERVENTION TRAINING

Our Bystander Intervention Training empowers employees to become upstanders—equipped to recognize, evaluate, and safely address inappropriate conduct early, with dignity and respect before it escalates into harassment. Developed by experienced employment lawyers at Respectful Employer, in partnership with the National Conflict Resolution Center—an internationally recognized leader in conflict resolution—this course offers a refreshing, actionable approach to annual harassment prevention training. Rather than focusing on what not to do, we focus on what employees can do.


Training Options


  • Core Bystander Intervention
    Teaches early intervention techniques for inappropriate workplace conduct.
     
  • Harassment Prevention Module (Optional Add-On)
    Includes hostile work environment and quid pro quo content for complete coverage.
     
  • State-Specific Compliance Materials
    Meets training requirements for CA, ME, DE, CT, IL, NY, Chicago, and NYC.
